Refugee Research Portal WikiThis is a featured page

Book Club | BooksWelcome to the Refugee Research Portal Wiki!

This is a new wiki that has been created by Paul Dudman in the Refugee Archives at the University of East London, (UEL). As part of our desire to continue to develop our online resources to support both the Refugee Archives and the postgraduate MA in Refugee Studies at UEL, we will be looking to develop a Refugee Research Portal during the course of the 2008-2009 academic year.

A portal is effectively a gateway to a comprehensive list of resources, both online and in print, relating to a specific topic. In this case, it will be a selection of reliable resources relating to the subjects of refugee studies and forced migration. examples would include the UEL Sports Law Portal and The Science Fiction Hub at the University of Liverpool.

The Refugee Research Portal is still in the very early stages of development and as this project develops, I will be using this Wiki to both provide details of how the project is progressing and also as a meeting point for anyone who would like to comment upon the project or to recommend new resources that they would like to see added to the final online resource.

Please keep checking this site to see how things are going and if you would like to talk to us, then please do so at our Contact Us page.
